🎉 So proud to celebrate this group from Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness. Our growth group has been such an inspiring experience. I have been so impressed by the way they showed up every week, ready to share the wins and learns from their applications, and in turn, the personal and professional growth they experienced.

🌱 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. I need to have the right attitude, be open-minded to change, and be intentional about learning. Growth is a daily choice, and I commit to lifelong learning.

💫 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥. Without hope, motivation and the ability to learn disappear.

🤝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐮𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰. Sharing our experiences in a supportive environment gave us insight, accountability, and trust.

🔄 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧. While change can be hard, focusing on self-improvement through reflection and practice leads to true growth.

🗣️ 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. The most important person I'll ever talk to is myself, so I must be careful with my self-talk.

📚 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬. My losses don’t have to break me; they teach valuable lessons. I now look back with gratitude, even on painful experiences.

🧠 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. I realized I was in a self-imposed prison of "what-ifs" and needed to adjust my thinking.

💪 𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬. Especially fears of failure or negative perception.

🔓 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥. 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥. If it is to be, it’s up to me.

🚫 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. As a people pleaser, saying no was tough but necessary for healthy relationships and personal dynamics.

Through the leadership mastermind discussions, each participant challenged themselves to transform in meaningful ways. They overcame doubts, embraced strengths, navigated challenges, and collectively committed to developing the leader within.

•Leadership is influence, not a title - I have the ability to influence others every day through my actions and attitude
