Our family simply loves Johnny’s Beef. We visit the Arlington Heights location as much as we possibly can. Whenever there’s a question of what to get for lunch or dinner it’s Johnnie’s. In that spirit, my wife makes “Johnnie Eggs”. The main ingredient is one of your beef sandwiches with sweet peppers, chopped up, fried up on a frying pan. We had whipped eggs and cook it all up into a most delicious breakfast.

Besides wolfing down a beef sandwich with sweet peppers, have you heard from others who use the ingredients to make their own concoctions?
