Vegan cookie dough is my specialty. When I became vegan 6 years ago, my goal was to find the best replacements to the foods I loved most. Good cookies were one of the hardest treats to find because they rely on traditional food chemistry to create soft, gooey textures that don’t crumble or spread. After experimenting with all kinds of vegan science combinations, I found the perfect recipes for cookies that even Grandmom would approve of.
