Panko-Crusted fried chicken thigh, dipped in hot oil and dusted with seasoning. Served on a potato roll with sweet and spicy pickles, cabbage slaw with mustard vinaigrette, and kewpie mayo.

Shredder is the cousin of our flagship IPA - Cowabunga. Triple dry hopped with lucious Simcoe, Galaxy, Zappa and Citra. Notes of pungent ripe melon and berries.

Trivia will begin at 7:30 tomorrow night.

Beer Release for today May, 19th!

Re-release of our house Kolsch:

🔘Foolish for Nothing (Kolsch - 5.3%)🔘

Our Kolsch is fermented cool and conditioned like a lager, giving it a clean and crisp profile with fruity and lemony notes. Light in body with a touch of Saaz hops for a nice balance.

Due to the forecasted rain and thunderstorms this weekend, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone BGYB’s Inaugural BeerFest. While we know this is disappointing, our first priority is keeping our guests and staff safe and having a fun day for everyone involved. We hope you understand this is the right step to take.

The good news is the festival is rescheduled to take place on Saturday, June 17th from 3-8 PM. We hope you can join us then.

BEER RELEASE! for Friday, April 28th

🔘Hugs (Blonde Ale w/ Lemondrop) - 4.8%🔘

Hugs is a hoppy Blonde Ale. We threw Lemondrop hops into the kettle and whirlpool to get those bright citrusy notes that we love. This Blonde is balanced between malty and hoppy. Notes of lemon zest, white pear and a warm hug.

Join us at Nighthawk Wednesday, April 26th for our first ever stand up event, “Comics Under Fire!” Comedy with a twist- after each set, the audience gets the mic, and are invited to provide feedback, ask questions, and help the comics refine their act!

Mama Wolf is amber and slightly toasty from the Vienna, Carared and Munich malts we brewed with. Slight malty sweetness and light in body. Lagered for an extended amount of time to present a clean lager profile for you pups.

🔘Pipsqueak (IPA w/ Galaxy, McKenzie, Chinook, Mosaic) - 5.5%🔘

Pipsqueak sports a super fluffy body from the extra oats we squeezed in the mash. Hopped generously with spicy Chinook in the kettle and then dry hopped with our favorite selection of Galaxy, McKenzie, Chinook and Mosaic hops. Notes of ripe mango, sweet Georgia peaches and gettin’ you’re lunch money taken from you.

🔘Solo Tú (Corn IPA w/ Idaho Gem, Cashmere and Chinook) - 6%🔘

A total mutt of an IPA, mashed with Flaked Corn and Vienna Malt gives it a touch of sweet maltiness. Hopped in the kettle with Idaho Gem and dry hopped with Cashmere and Chinook. Notes of sweet summer corn, berries, and getting a smooch on your cheek.

True to its name, this 8% has double the hops, double the malt backbone, and double the Hawks of its peers.

Sicilian lemon added to a crispy Kolsch base makes this beer light, refreshing, and fruity (but not too sweet). Now that cuffing season has officially come to an end, it's time to kick back and crush a few of these on the patio with your new Babe 🥰!

Only a few days before you can purchase Babe and the rest of our first release of canned 🔥

Cowabunga dude! As a lager-centric brewery & pizzeria, we've put a lot of effort into making light, crushable that pair well with a slice of 🍕.

Our first few (while delicious!) were created with this in mind and trended toward lower ABV and subdued hop profile & bitterness. This 'totally radical' Hazy IPA turns that approach on its head, delivering a vibrant, juicy, hoppy punch. A true juice bomb, Cowabunga is a welcome addition to our core offerings.
