Our salteñas offer a little bit of everything, you definitely feel some heat from red chili, annnatto, and paprika, but it's balanced out by fresh herbs like parsley, and oregano.

Around the world, coffee cuppings are a treasured tradition to all in the coffee industry. It's the purest metric we use to assess coffees and ensure their quality.⁠

Personally, we like to think of cuppings as an opportunity to meet a coffee in its truest form. It's a gritty process, we begin by pouring hot water directly onto freshly roasted coffee beans, then it steeps for a few moments before you can finally try the coffee (PLEASE smell it first, you're missing out if you don't).⁠

After we finish cupping coffees, we hand-select a few of the standouts to roast, oftentimes using the initial flavor notes we noticed putting our own creative twist on them (that's how we get playful flavor notes like butter croissant, to***co, and caramelized sugar).⁠

It's always been important to us to have a little something for everyone, especially for those of us struggling through dry January.

We went all out this month to create a stunning line-up of zero-proof cocktails that are bright, refreshing, and indulgent. They are the perfect option for anyone who isn't a big drinker (whatever that reason may be) and even better, you can happy hour pricing on them all night, all of January!

Here's a sneak peek, our "Redhead Crush" is a playful addition to our menu with notes of citrus, ginger, red berries and spice!🍸 ✨

Our cold brew is our single-origin Sidamo Kercha sourced directly from The Kedir Hassen Sibu washing stations that have been family owned and operated for over 20 years .

The washing stations are tucked into the mountainside, only accessible by dirt road and have served as pillars of their community in both Sidamo and Guji.

Our cold brew is one of our favorite creations, boasting playful flavor notes of chocolate, butter croissant strawberry, and ginger snap 🍫🥐🍓.

We're still not over these rich and beautiful coffee beans from Antigua, Guatemala!

Our co-founders, Lisa and Melissa, took their first trip to a Guatemalan coffee farm when they were only teenagers! Since then, they've grown a passion for not only coffee, but the cherished friendships they've been able to create with coffee farmers around the world. In fact, Lisa is currently visiting some our nearest and dearest coffee farmers in Guatemala!

We are happy to report that our staff is healthy and negative for coronavirus. We are returning to our normal business hours and implementing weekly testing requirements for all of our staff. In doing so we hope to keep our team and guests safe during these unprecedented times.

We have made the difficult decision to close until Sunday, December 26th to allow our entire staff to be tested and confirmed as negative before returning to work.
