After two sold out Monday pop-ups this summer, The Passion Cafe will be coming back to Kitchen Combine full-time starting on Wednesday, September 4th.

Chef Mani requires no introduction; his food and his brand speak for itself.

He’ll be serving some of the Passion Favorites like the Salmon/Chicken/Steak Phillys with Fries, Wangz Platters, Catfish Po’ Boys, and of course, the Players Passion. He’ll also be pulling out some specials on select days like turkey legs, seafood dressing, dirty rice, mac n cheese, yamz, collard greens, and more soul food classics.

Whether you’re an Arlington native ready to welcome him back to his hometown, a Grand Prairie faithful whose been waiting on his return, or someone just learning about The Passion Cafe for the first time, this is not a month to miss.

Chef Tivie’s team will serve their iconic STUFFED TURKEY LEGS 🍗🍗🍗 with fan favorite fillings like surf & turf with steak 🥩 and shrimp 🍤, blackened salmon, mac & cheese, dirty rice, rasta pasta, & cajun cream sauce.

For Soul Food Sundays, she’ll be serving smothered pork chops, beef tips & rice, baked chicken, turkey wings, fried fish, and meatloaf. Of course, nothing is complete without the fried cabbage greens, broccoli, rice, & cheese casserole, and more delicious sides.

1) The new concept is powered by Toast, one of the top point-of-sales, software, and hardware partners in the restaurant industry

and/or

2) The new concept opens in any of the 5 DFW ghost kitchen facilities run by Cloud Kitchens, the largest ghost kitchen facility network in the country

and/or

3) The new concept signs up for Foodify, the first app where restaurant owners can easily connect with local food influencers to promote their brand on social media

Kitchen Combine VIPs spoke loud and clear that just having for dinner back in February was NOT enough, so we’re excited to bring their delicious sliders, wings, and specialty plates back for the entire month of July.

called them the “Chipotle of Sliders” for a reason, everything is build-your-own exactly how you like it.

If you thought or had the best sliders in the DFW, you were wrong!

Not only will Chef Bruce bring back the classic Beef, Chicken, Impossible, and Catfish sliders from February, but they’re also adding Shrimp Po’ Boys, Fried Pork Chops, Philly Cheesesteaks, Sloppy Joes, Turkey Clubs, and Salmon to the slider lineup.

In addition to the wings with household favorite flavors like Honey Hot, Lemon Pepper, and Mango Teriyaki to go with those salt-and-pepper fries, Chef Bruce has a side bar menu that will include dishes like loaded baked potatoes and seafood baskets.
