This deep plane facelift before and after is one of my favorites because this lovely patient came to me saying that she didn’t feel as old as she appeared on the outside —- and in truth at 53 year of age she had very common signs of early facial aging. We corrected her jowls by lifting the deep structural layer of tissue and disconnecting the ligamentous tethers that limit traditional face lift results. We then sculpted the neck to enhance and define jawline while removing excess loose skin. Beautiful 6-month postop for this lovely . I love how her abs are showing through and her waistline is tight! Best part is she will continue to show improvement for another 6 months!

We are loving this long-term follow up for this of three young children who complained of deflated and sagging breasts. We were able to return her pre-pregnancy shape and volume WITHOUT needing a mastopexy or breast lift. Results shown 14 months after breast augmentation with 365cc full profile implants! 💯💯💯

Let’s talk liposuction and fat transfer—- specifically proportion. When performing liposuction or fat transfer it is critical to enhance natural peaks and valleys. Anyone can suck insane amounts of fat out and leave a patient debulked. But this can leave thrm with loose or irregular skin. It is more important to follow the natural and aesthetic proportions of the body. Removing fat in areas of excess and adding to areas of deficiency. When done thoughtfully you can create a natural enhancement. This lovely patient achieved just that—- we were able to give her an enhancement in her natural curves WITHOUT looking abnormal! As they say, it isn’t what you take out, it’s what you leave behind.

Beautiful three month follow up for this Tummy Tuck with Liposuction of the Flanks and repair of diastasis re**us. This patient came to me complaining of a significant bulge after having delivered FOUR children via C-section. The four deliveries had causeD significant strain on her abdominal muscles, leading to a large widening of the diastasis re**us. During the Tummy Tuck, we were able to repair this muscle separation with an internal corset. We were also able to remove a significant amount of skin and to contour her waist line with Liposuction. The results here are evident as you can tell she has a flat abdomen with beautiful contours, and no longer looks as if she is full in the abdomen. She came to me saying she looked like she was still pregnant and she’s over the moon that she no longer looks that way! I’m so happy that we were able to help this mom and she is thrilled with her results!

‘I have an event this afternoon’ lips. First and foremost I typically recommend anywhere from 2-4 weeks between having a procedure and a major event—- but for this patient we made an exception. A breast lift or ‘mastopexy’ is a wonderful procedure to bring back the perkiness that has been lost due to breastfeeding, gravity, or time. The procedure is performed as an outpatient and patients can return to normal activity within a few weeks. We love the results of this patient after 6 months follow up.
