Operation Birthday Party/After Halloween Party was a success. The girls had a fun time and we are always thankful for for bringing the fun. Our new karaoke machine will absolutely help us make lots of memories. We love when Uncle Brian sings especially 😂

Halloween on the Square in Hamilton was a success. Clara and Kate enjoyed trunk or treat and the Band Fall Festival. Clara enjoyed getting to see her Spider-Twin too 😂❤️

Finally getting to list a few pictures from Clara and Kate’s birthday posted. They’ve been asking for a playhouse for a few years now and one day I happened to find one on Facebook Marketplace that a very nice guy had built for his daughter. They were moving to a place they couldn’t take it. I quickly snapped it up only to realize it was so tall that we’d have to bring in someone to haul it since it was beyond DOT regulations. Thanks to our amazing Spec Rents team and Garen, we found someone to get it to Hamilton for us and stored it at the yard for a few months until we finally go give it to them on Tuesday. It’s been one of the funnest surprises yet and even the bigs enjoyed playing in it with them. Clara even said it was the best birthday ever, which means a lot coming from her 😉❤️😂

Hard to believe it’s been 8 years since we were given these two little pumpkins. Kate and Clara have been different since day 1- really even before that if you look back to the ultrasound. And we wouldn’t change it for the world. We love getting to watch their personalities continue to develop and they continue to keep us laughing l, on our toes, and occasionally wondering what the heck is going on. We love you both and hope that your birthday (and Halloween) is the greatest!!!

Also proud of Clara, who is confident enough to say she didn’t want to be in the pageant when her sisters wanted to- She’s also cool enough to wear a furry jacket, leopard print jeggings, and patent leather Doc Martin boots while her sisters wear poofy dresses. 😉😂❤️ Being twins, a lot of people ask if they’re a lot alike and this picture does a pretty great job of showing how different they are. Night and day. And we love it. ❤️

I was pretty shocked when these two asked to be in the Dove Festival pageant since I’m not really all that fancy or anything but we had a really fun time today, fixing hair and doing nails. It’s not too often that I do that girly stuff. I’m proud of both of them for putting themselves out there and being confident! Also, pretty amused and impressed that Kate said her hero was God when she drew the “who your is your hero” question on stage. Thanks to Debbi Haile for stepping in to help steam dresses (as she has for every big dress-up even in my life) and to Auntie Em for loaning Anna the Cinderella dress. ❤️ Kate didn’t win anything but she said she had fun and was happy still “because she got a new dress, new shoes, and her nails done” but wants “a sparkly dress next year.” Anna was second runner up in her division and is also wanting a new dress already. 😂Congratulations to all the beautiful girls tonight and thank you, Candace , and everyone that makes that event possible. Hopefully Garen got some good pictures on the real camera. 😉

Metallica was AMAZING last night. Garen and I took Will and his friend, Riley, and it was both of their first big concert. puts in an amazing show! We can’t wait to take Will and Anna tomorrow night

First day of school for these four kiddos. Clara and Kate are both in 2nd. Anna is in 7th, which means today was her first day of JH athletics and she was less than enthusiastic about having her picture taken in workout clothes. And the last picture is all I got of Will, who is starting his Freshman year at Hamilton High. Spread out all across the hill now with one in Elementary, JH, and HS. Let the fun begin!!!

FINALLY got to go to tonight for the first time an event with UMCA and . This event is a great way for us to show our appreciation to the teachers and administrators across the state by having Teacher Appreciation night after putting them through two awesome but hard-working days of hands-on training. I feel so fortunate to get to work with amazing people every day (and let’s be honest- getting to go to a Rangers game in a wonderfully-stocked party suite is pretty great too). Thank you to Mel and Patty Smith for all of the work that went into this event. You made it a success, along with all of our sponsors!!!

I brought Anna with me today to the TIVA Masonry Teacher training today with and UMCA. Her and Liza are both 12 years old and having a great time getting better at laying to the line! Maybe it skips a generation and she will be a better bricklayer like my dad and not like me. 👍🏻😉❤️ .mckibben.73
