Hey all π Iβm just back from a business trip to Vegas. Iβm coming back with a whole new set of hot marketing ideasβ¦ and maybe some new pics for the blog and Patreon.
π Iβm looking forward to a busy week of new content for you all. Thanks for your support so far. I appreciate the love β€οΈ.
If your Facebook posts are struggling, 9 times out of 10 itβs because you didnβt give the platform enough meat π to work with.
πWe all like to think Facebook reads minds, but the truth is to succeed with your posts you have to put in enough words. Since 2015 Facebook computers has been trying to understand the context of our posts and serve it to the right people.
π But when Realtors make posts like βHey, look at this!β Facebook doesnβt understand what it is and who it should show it to, so it falls flat. And if youβre like me you donβt like flat.
π So remember to put in the workβ¦ and the words for successful posts.
If I tasked you with contacting 200 people a day, and I only paid you $5 to do it, would you?
π I hope your answer is a resounding 'hell no!' That's too much work for too little pay. Yet, real estate offices, property management companies - heck, even individual Realtors - pass on that opportunity every day.
π In an online world, we all need an audience to sell what we've got - and no company builds an audience for you faster and cheaper than Facebook. Your investment can be as little as $2 a day to get in front of 50-150 new faces. From that, you'll grow a following, and from that, you'll develop a customer base.
π Sweetheart, this is the easiest hack of all time - and no one is doing it well, or consistently. I make dozens of sales and conversions every month from it, and you should too.
What are your weekend plans?
π I like everything about this shot, EXCEPT the bridesmaid dress. Ugh. What do you think?

Why California has the most Australians
π Australians seeking to spend time living overseas, whether for business, experience, or family reasons, continue to choose California as their preferred location. https://bit.ly/3PmLLmz (Does your marketing strategy account for foreign buyers? Talk to me if it doesn't).
π Experts estimate as many as 40,000 Aussies or more live in California - more than any other state in the country. But why is California such a popular destination for Australians seeking to relocate abroad?
No one likes being left behind.
π The fear of missing out is a powerful motivator in the sales process. The possibility of missing a great deal, missing the opportunity to be in a great neighborhood-school district-city all play into the value calculus clients make.
π Ethically speaking, using FOMO to influence a sale is a no-no, but so too is not pointing out the things a client may regret later. As trusted advisors, it's up to us to balance risk/reward without inflating one or the other

There it is!
π I knew that smile would come out eventually. Have a great day!
As a marketer, I've always cringed when a real estate client said their goal was to get form fills on a marketing campaign. And while there's always someone who says they once had great success with it, by and large, form fills are hard to come by.
π Now, a new study by 6sense Research shows that - at most - only 3% of onsite visitors are willing to fill out a form.
π Considering the time and resources that get tied up conceptualizing, planning, and creating a form fill and offer, this low return on effort demonstrates it should never be at the forefront of your marketing strategy. #
Good morning! I hope you have a good day π
Tired of the algorithm changes? It's time to take a bite out of Google by EATing!
π (I know I'm holding a martini glass, lol) Here's a simple strategy that will future-proof your website to most changes that happen at Google. READ MORE on my blog https://bit.ly/3zeheS4.
π The principle is this: Content on your website should demonstrate your Expertise in detail, speak with the voice of Authority, and garner Trust from customers as demonstrated by a combination of visits, shares, likes, endorsements, and mentions.
