Today begins Pride Month. I'd like to challenge everyone to open their minds and hearts to what makes people uniquely amazing.

I have many friends of the LGBTQ community and I celebrate your bravery to be who you are. I love good humans for being who they are... not based on who they love, their religious affiliation, how much money they make, etc...

- Cover or store outdoor furniture.
- Switch ceiling fan direction so the fan pushes hot air down into your room.
- Put some indoor and outdoor lights on timers for added security.
- Hire a professional chimney sweep to inspect and clean your chimney and fireplace.
- Check for drafts around windows and exterior doors. (Optional Solutions: Seal drafts with caulk, Replace weatherstripping, or Use a door draft blocker)
- Install a security or doorbell camera to help combat porch pirates.
