Augmented Asbury Park
Ed Johnston, Mike Richison, and Marina Vujnovic are working on augmented reality models of key Asbury Park boardwalk landmarks. The carousel is up now.
This page began two years ago as "The Living Carousel", a new media installation by Mike Richison, John Viggiano, and Marina Vujnovic. The team is now working on building key Asbury Park boardwalk landmarks in Augmented Reality. You can see via the free mobile app Layar. Once you're in layer (and standing next to the carousel house on the AP boardwalk) search geolayers for "carousel". This is free but your regular data rates will apply.
