“Chefs marinated shaved ribeye, sautéed onions, caramelized mushrooms, and out Swiss American cheese.”

This will launch August 1st next Thursday! So come get the last of chefs Trenton cheesesteak.

There are no mods to the cheesesteaks of the months only can take away onions. - chef Ashley 😃

“Mushrooms will be added to the menu as an add on no it’s not authentic but you all have asked.. they will be .50cents, we also have bell peppers you can add, jalepenos and Italian cherry peppers all additional costs. “

Edit you can’t get mushrooms until August 1st.

Tomorrow 7/25 we will be set up at Asheville–Buncombe Technical Community College from 11:30-1:30pm we will be located at the Ferguson Allied Health and Workforce Development (AHWD) building at 10 Genevieve Circle, Asheville NC.

This is a huge day for our Chef Ashley as she graduated Culinary school in 2023 & a ex member of the Culinary Hot Foods Team of Ab Tech.

She wears her gear with pride and developed her skills from this school! Her mentors & many amazing teachers here.

At times it’s hard for me to express myself and my feelings, but one thing I’m very thankful for is you all. I had this dream of opening our food truck 4 years ago when I started culinary school at Asheville–Buncombe Technical Community College. My dad told me if I graduate with honors we can go get a food truck. At times I’ve been doubted by many told I’m not a real chef or that I’m a glorified fry cook, but that’s not what it’s about.
When I graduated college I wanted to cook for people, I wanted people to experience joy of eating a sort of food. I live for seeing my usual customers at the windows and talking to you all weekly. I love to meet new people, new chefs, new business owners. I love to learn and grow. I want to share my love of food with others.

So thank YOU. Without you all we wouldn’t be here. It never goes unnoticed. 8 months ago my dad and I quit our full time jobs to establish this awesome business. My dad and I are extremely thankful and appreciative of you guys and everyone that supports us.

I remember when I was a little girl I grew up most of my childhood in Cape May NJ and my dad always took me to WildWood NJ and we would walk the boardwalk for hours. He always got me Sam’s pizza & soft serve we would always finish the day with a funnel cake. These may just seem like funnel cake fries but they hold a core memory for me as a child. So adding them to the food truck which is ran by me and my dad I thought this was bitter sweet. ❤️
