Where's your threshold today? How's your resiliency doing lately? Depletion can be cumulative and creep up on us and before we know it, we're in survival mode. It's a gift to pause and notice this, even when it's uncomfortable, so we can then turn towards something renewing. ✨ What renews you?
What moment calls you to notice it and 'be here' with it today? A coveted moment alone? A precious moment with others? A moment with a tasty treat? A moment beneath the sky? ✨Feel free to share it here! 🙌
Is there a way to invite some creativity or play into your day today? What's it like to intentionally choose play over responsibility or chores just for this moment? ✨
Care in the time of COVID is essential to our wellbeing. What 'care' do you need today? What do you need more of to feel more like yourself? 🙏 It is within reach.
At some point today, see if you can find a moment to be fully and completely here. Even if just for 10 seconds. Notice the colors. The light. The breath. And when the moment shifts, because it will, release the noticing and see if you can just be here, wherever here takes you.
I recently got to soak in these waters and found ease. The water soothed my anxious self and cooled my stress fueled mind. For a moment, floating, held, I could just be there. What's the place you can just be? When does your inner self say "ahhhh"?
Oh Monday .... you get such a bad reputation. Here's a quick practice to shift this vibe. ✨ At some point in your day, give yourself permission to stop what you're doing, stand up, stretch with your arms overhead as best you can (without causing discomfort) so that you expand your body in some way. Take a few breaths feeling yourself reaching up in whatever way you can and also pressing down into your feet, into the earth. Notice your expanse and perhaps offer this day your full self, with each breath welcome the possibility that you are enough for this day, even for Monday. You have what you need and you are enough. Just as you are. Breath fully into this, stretch once more, and return to your day with a new perspective.
