We had a Paint Your Spirit Animal workshop out in nature! We went to the Looking Glass Falls and then walked downstream to find a perfect spot for our journey and painting 🖼️ 🦁 🐇 It was a perfect to journey with the sound of water beside us. We did some grounding and slowing down of our body rhythm to connect with the stillness of nature. It was an amazing day.

Tonight’s Paint your Spirit Animal workshop was with a father and son visiting from Texas. Their animals were a standing crocodile 🐊 with a message to ‘face your fears’ and a dog and eagle intertwined with a message of ‘don’t give away your power and be confident in your own strength and grace’. It’s amazing to see family members do this together and learn something new about each other.

Tonight’s paint your spirit animal brought messages of being good enough and self worth. Their spirit animals reminded them of their divine beauty and perfection just as they are. Animals don’t worry if they are good enough they just ‘be’ and sit in their power so peacefully. Our spirit animals are there to encourage and help us remember who we are in all our glory, when the drudgery of the world tries to get us down. It always amazes me how much I enjoy this work, to share this intimate time with strangers, tourists passing through, and we sit and connect for a few hours on the deepest level and I witness the tiny transformation that takes place. They had a deep and moving journey to meet their spirit animals that were there to offer support, guidance, healing and messages of strength, resilience and tenderness. I love this work so much to be able to share the gift our own souls have to offer us, all we have to do is ask, set the intention and journey within. Tonight’s Paint Your Spirit Animal workshop was with 2 friends visiting Asheville. One of them was an Otter and the message was about going with the flow, playfulness and JOY and not trying to swim upstream against the flow. The other was a deer that brought the message of home and comfort, of gentleness with self and others. Their messages resonated with them deeply and it was a playful night! I love their paintings!

Today I had the honor of officiating a renewal of vows ceremony in front of Looking Glass Falls. The couple were married 15 years ago today, but had gotten divorced and were apart for 10 years. They recently reunited and called me to help them renew their vows. They wanted to explore where their connection came from so we did a past life regression out in nature where they learned so much about their love for each other. Then we did a heart connection ceremony where they spoke new vows to each other. As they did that I could see a cocoon of colorful light appear around them and hold them in sacred space.

Today’s Cacao Ceremony was all about breaking out of the loop ➰ that we can sometimes find ourselves stuck in - that preconceived idea that we have about ourselves and who we are. The spirit of cacao wanted to bring in the reminder that we can create ourselves anew each day we wake up. We can wake up and ask ourselves who we are and who we want to be today. Water medicine also played a big part in today’s ceremony. Allow yourself to let go of the control and let the rivers take you effortlessly- go with the flow and allow beauty to unfold. Animals are natural healers. They understand how to take heavy energy and process it and then release it. Those of us who also are natural healers I think are tapping into this skill that animals have. It’s a knowing that comes from a deep place and not from thought or reason. It’s like an instinct takes over and you know just what to do but can’t explain why. I believe we all have access to this. It is what I use in my sessions to guide me. The animal sense that is within all of us. This is my cat Sapphire assisting me in a session today.

Tonight’s Paint your Spirit animal workshop had this amazing guest .bliss who connected with her spirit animal which was a giraffe. In the journey the message she got was to not doubt herself. And when we read the animals cards with the animal spiritual meaning it had the same message! To trust her own intuition! I love how this work works, it never fails. We are reminded of the connection we all have with spiritual realms and how that can be our guidance and support. It’s there for all of us, we just need to seek. At tonight’s Paint Your Spirit Animal workshop my guest met her animal which was a deer, and the message she kept getting from her was “Trust” but she wasn’t sure exactly what it meant for her. Then I looked through my cards to find the deer card and the main message there was also Trust! To trust your instincts. And that really resonated with her. I love meeting such awesome people doing this work. This was her Public review

Tonight’s session was a private intuitive painting session. The artist is working on finding how to bring about coexistence of dualities in her own life - with people, ideas, spirituality.. when there is coexistence there comes a harmony that is created when the dualities intermingle. She portrayed this insight beautifully.

This morning’s cacao ceremony was about setting the intention to bring about more self compassion and acceptance of all parts of ourselves. The participants also were able to gain some new perspectives on challenges of perceived failures and difficult health issues. With some new insights and more self compassion they walked away with a renewed energy and sense of peace. Reach out to schedule a cacao ceremony!

This recent paint your spirit animal night was really sweet. This awesome kid and her grandparents came for the workshop. Her animal was a white dove. Her world where she met the dove was all purple. She sat upon a mushroom there to hang out with the dove. The message that she received was that she can paint her own future! 😭💟 and the gift the dove gave her was a paint brush and palette 🎨. The path she walked on there started out new and it got older as she walked along the path. What a special and amazing journey! Her painting came out perfectly. Today I had the most amazing guests join me for a private Cacao Ceremony. After imbibing on the ceremonial grade cacao we went on a journey to seek clarity around some of their intentions and desires and also challenges. They received symbolic gifts in the journey that they can hold as a tangible reminder of their aspirations and way through their challenges. Today’s Cacao Ceremony was with this amazing family celebrating their mom’s birthday. I love that they gifted her this beautiful, intimate and soulful experience together. We set intentions and looked at challenges before we set out on a journey for them to gain clarity and new perspectives. They came away with contentment, peace, recognition of their inner beauty and a sense of more balance in their life. “Three friends and I went on a guided journey with Kim to kick start our girl's weekend in Asheville. Honestly, it was perfect. None of us had ever done anything like this, so it was out of our comfort zones. Go inward, whhhhaaaatttt? The intention setting allowed us to connect on a deeper level right off the bat (We don't get to hang often, so we got right into it). The guided journey was both revealing but also a fun exercise. I personally walked away with insights on some tough situations in my life right now. Oh, and the Chocolate! Not only tasty, but loved the ceremony behind it. Kim is top notch. A professional. She knows her stuff. And, most importantly, provided an emotional safe space for the three of us to go on a little journey together. I would 100% do this again!”
