Our ovens are fired up and we have started baking again! We are collaborating with our amazing partners to supply fresh bread for those who need it via and Calvary Food Pantry. Our amazing team of bakers will be baking over 1,000 loaves this week alone for donation! Big thanks to and for donating flour for this!

Our hearts go out to all of our neighbors who lost loved ones, pets, homes and businesses. We are grateful for all the help that has been pouring into WNC, the response has been amazing. Thursday is the day for our Potato Dill bread! This bread is great to get creative with your sandwiches!

Our Potato Dill bread is back for a limited time! A soft fluffy loaf with roasted potatoes and garlic, butter, sourcream and fresh dill. Cultivated with our sourdough starter “momma” and Lindley Mills sprouted spelt flour, this loaf has a fresh tart bite that ends with a roasty finish. Making it a great addition to any sandwich!

Hot Cross Buns are back in our cafe, now until Easter weekend!

Hot cross buns are a spiced sweet bun containing currants, topped with a “cross” . They are associated with the Catholic religion and are traditionally served on Good Friday to mark the end of Lent. Ours are topped with turbinado sugar and an orange glaze “cross”, and is scented with cardamom.
