Members have the unique opportunity to serve the community, grow deep relationships with other women, and strengthen leadership skills at the same time. Join us on October 26, 2024 for Touch-A-Truck®️!

Touch-A-Truck®️ is an annual, community-wide event where both kids and kids-at-heart have the opportunity to see, touch, climb, and learn about vehicles of all types! Guests will get to meet the trucks and the drivers who operate them.

Children can “Truck-Or-Treat” during the festival! Family-friendly costumes are encouraged but not required. Fake or real weapons with the costumes are not permitted in the venue.

Food, beverages, and additional activities for kids and adults will be on-site as well. There will be a quiet hour from 11am – 12pm for individuals sensitive to loud noises. Parental supervision is required.

Proceeds from this event support the Junior League of Asheville and fund the Be The Change Grant Program. Tickets for Touch-A-Truck®️ are $5 per person for ages 3 and up.

You can also pay with cash or card at the gate. Exact change is appreciated!

We had the wonderful opportunity to volunteer at one of our Be the Change Grant recipient facilities today! It was incredible to spend time at this fantastic center, including the VEGI garden!

Have you heard the news? AJLI is excited to announce the launch of a new personal development webinar series, Empower Hour, a dynamic personal and professional learning and development opportunity for all League Members!

These events will be a mixture of keynotes, interactive workshops, and panel discussions that encourage participants to build new skills, develop existing strengths, and expand their networks as they continue to grow as a Leader.
