A few weeks ago we made our way to Asheville Pizza & Brewing Company on a rainy weekday night. Located a little north of Downtown the whole place has kind of a 90s brewpub/pizza joint vibe, but what really sets it apart are the two theaters they have!

Each theater has a bar in it and one shows new releases while the other shows older movies and hosts trivia nights and other events. The beer and food were both fine, nothing that really stood out but the whole experience was a lot of fun (and the movie ticket prices were very reasonable!). Definitely recommend this spot as a great place to spend some time when the weather isn’t cooperating.

Asheville Pizza and Brewing Company is hiring a few fantastic folks as we prepare for our 29th Spring/Summer season, yeah we’re old AF but we’re like your cool aunt who still goes to Bonnaroo!

Come join us at either our downtown Southslope Brewery/restaurant or our North Asheville movie theater/restaurant for Full or Part-time.

For the past 2 years we have been doing full crew tip sharing. FOH AND BOH make the exact same rate, & share 100% of tips; and it’s been working great !
Our base rate is $10 an hour plus tips, with a $16 an hour minimum guarantee for the slow nights.
Last weeks average hourly rate was : $23.05

And we’re not into season yet….the busier it gets the more your teammates and you make.

We are a fast paced, fun restaurant, that is looking for kind, teamwork oriented individuals to join our amazing crew.
We repeat: we are fast paced, so high volume experience or pizza background are a bonus for FOH or BOH applicants.

We’d like our BOH applicants to have 2 years of medium to high volume prep/cooking experience, work clean, basic knife safety skills, and have decent musical taste to join our lively, kitchen environment.
Main thing is just keeping it cool and friendly, life is too rife with stress to work with people who create extra stress.

We are only offering counter service at both locations, so less mileage on your feet, knees, back, etc.

Work Sucks….we make it suck less. Or at least try to.
