The Sales Associate is responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Building long-lasting customer relationships
- Maintaining sales goals and performance expectations
- Assisting in keeping the store stocked, merchandised, clean and inviting

The Sales Associate skill set:
- Must be able to assist with shipping and receiving
- Ability to spend 100% of working time standing, walking, moving in the store, reaching, bending, and light lifting
- Retail sales experience
- Communication, interpersonal relationships
- Proficient with computer and POS systems
- Cash handling

The Sales Associate may be requested to perform additional tasks in specific situations to achieve our customer service and operational goals. Scheduling includes a mix of day and night shifts, 7 days a week and Holidays.
