Dang, that was fun! This past weekend, we hosted the annual Texas Legends & Wildcatters during Food & Wine’s in Aspen.

Many thanks to our partners and guest chefs who helped us throw a Texas-style party with whole hog carnitas and all the Tito’s & Sodas and Ranch Waters. Shout out to , , , , , , , , , and Old McDonald Farm for the pig. And to all the guests and friends who stopped by—let’s do it again next year. Good news, Aspen...lunch hours are back! Starting this Friday, June 7th, join us any day of the week for tacos, ceviche, quesadillas, all the margs you want, and more from 11:30AM to 3PM.

This isn’t your average calamari—at Las Montañas ours is masa fried and served with chipotle aioli, fried peppers, and a habanero salsa.

Weekend brunch includes all of our favorites like sizzling fajitas, enchiladas, ceviches, AND brunch-only items like chilaquiles verdes, Paloma's omelet, and this tres leches French toast with toasted coconut and berries.

Served Saturdays and Sundays, 11am - 2:30pm.

Brought to life by Lambert McGuire Design, the dining room features familiar Mexican elements such as arched door openings, weathered wood detailing, bright tile, and rustic furniture—the perfect atmosphere for a transporting experience with sizzling fajitas and a margarita in hand.
