We are thrilled to welcome renowned Master Sommelier Jonathan Pullis to the team at PARC Aspen! Jonathan brings several decades of experience to the team at PA and we are honored to have him with us as we open for Summer 2024!

Through the mirror we can see the future’s looking bright as we prepare to reopen for Summer this FRIDAY, June 7th!

Our bar menu has received a fresh change thanks to Executive Chef Mark Connell. The menu features some@returning favorites like Blistered Shish*to Peppers & Asparagus Frites along with newcomers like Salmon Panzanella Burrata & the PARC Aspen Cubano 🥪

The bar is first come, first serve! We look forward to seeing you up close and personal this summer.
