We're dedicating this moment for the Saffron Sea Scallops. We added them a few winters ago, thinking we'd test the dish out.
Next minute they became a cult classic.

This courageous plant has a unique ability to grow and flourish in the harsh Alpine climates. A serene white flower is displayed proudly regardless of the harsh elements.

These beer glasses display them beautifully - a national symbol from Austrian soil.
