Traditional Cold Smoked Chinook Salmon - Fresh out of the smoker this morning!

Early November for over 100 years, the Josephson family procures fabulous Chinook salmon from the cold waters of the Northwest and hand processes the old-fashioned way, Swedish-style brine-cured, cold smoked salmon. Our 5 generation fisher-family recipe is a favorite one-of-a-kind holiday tradition--that's why we call it Traditional Cold Smoked Salmon. Sliced like ham, we serve it on Scandinavian rye bread. Supplies are limited so schedule for holiday shipping soon. It's a tradition for many loyal customers. It freezes nicely and keeps in the fridge for weeks. (To arrive for Thanksgiving order by Tues.
