A building pad for a future shop and some grading around the building area in western Limestone County. Once again, thanks to Caleb Mac for using Cotton State Land Services!

Had the privilege this week to do some clearing for Coach Zane Campbell and family this week. Traditional excavating and hauling away debris . Grading the property at the end. Nice, clean and crisp.

This may be the biggest transformation Cotton State Land Services has ever been a part of. The property was in Limestone County near the Wooley Springs area. When this job started, the house could barely be seen from the road. Low hanging limbs from large mature trees was blocking the view along with privet hedge, briars and large quantities of giant crepe myrtle that had to be grubbed out. We removed several stumps of trees that had been taken down with the excavator and a large burn pit was dug. Huge amounts of work was completed on this 1.5 acre property….

This Tennessee river lot in Clements was cleared by CSLS this week. It took all the tools in the arsenal to complete but man what a satisfying view afterwards. We mulched very,very heavy undergrowth to start, raised the canopies of the remaining trees. Lastly, we hauled away 5 loads and 40 years of debris in the dump trailer. We also demolished an outbuilding with a lean-to. Thanks to the Depew family for hiring Cotton State Land Services to complete their project on their beautiful river property.

Yesterday was cleaning day. A clean engine compartment and underneath the tub is hard work and a dirty job but satisfying when it’s done. CSLS is ready to hit the ground running next week. If you need help with your project, CSLS offers a wide variety of services.

This was a job in Anderson on the creek. Cut trails down to the water from the road and cleared a recreation area for the owner so they could enjoy the water.

Pulling apart some windrows full of logging slash and stumps today. Mostly pine and privet hedge. And dust. Lots and lots of dust.

Thanks to James Bulecza and family for allowing us to be of service on their property in the Lester/Mt Rozell area this week. Just an amazing transformation. What a view from the top.

Thanks to Bill Carter for allowing us to work his Dupree Hollow Road farm. Just another week and another nearly 1/2 mile of
fence/property lines cleared off. The dry, dusty conditions made it unbearable at times but we persevered. Call C.S.L.S. for your land projects.

This is a job in west Athens completed this week. Cleaned property line for a new fence. We ripped out an old 24x30 drive made of rip-rap,dirt and gravel. Took out 24’ of culvert. We hauled it away. Then we spread 2 loads of topsoil to replace what we took out and graded the ditch. Excess dirt was used to fill in other low spots. Heck of a difference when we were finished. A very big thanks is in order to Curtis for hiring Cotton State Land Services.

This is a project for a great customer that I’ve worked off and on this summer. We did dirt work and grading all the way around. We ripped up old fences, smoothed the surrounding property, and installed drains. We picked up and delivered wheat straw, cut a new driveway, spread new gravel and mowed fields and woods to finish. Thanks to Eric Moore for hiring CSLS for his huge project(s). It’s a beautiful place.

After clearing land all day… you get to see views like this every now and again. I love my job.

The weather done it’s best to hinder us this week but we persevere😂😂😂. We cleared out a driveway and cleaned a 1/3 mile of fence row for a beautiful farm in West Limestone.

We’ve been cleaning the 333g today. Owning one is easy. Taking care of it is the hard part. 😂
