I’m excited about this one! ....... (I’ve got nursery art on the brain. Wonder why?!? 🤪) ... I do like how this cement frame turned out. But what I like even more are the endless typed possibilities... initials, names, birth announcement info, quotes, prayers - you name it!

If you purchase a cross, you’ll find it comes wrapped in a burlap bag that is stuffed with shredded newspaper. Why do I use shredded newspaper for my stuffing? ... Great question! ... I think the newspaper has a very timeless look to it. The black and white is classic, and I’m drawn to it. I also like the little pops of color it shows off. Plus, if you’ve ever used a paper shredder it’s oddly satisfying! 🤣 AND I find great joy in shredding lots of the negative headlines I come across. There’s something refreshing about shredding the bad or sad and turning it into something happy. After all, who doesn’t like to open a gift and dig through a little stuffing to find their new treasure! ✨ ⁣
