I have been sitting on finishing this quilt top for a month because I was intimidated by the camera block. But no more! I bought the fabric I need to make the camera and I hope to get it done this upcoming week! 💪🏼

Sure, I COULD pack these in totes or regular boxes but this is the treatment these beauties deserve 🤩

I started this baby quilt top MONTHS ago but got sidetracked by more pressing projects. I'm surprised by the movement that the different colored stars create. 🤩

Right now, I like the red squares that are all diagonally touching. We'll see how I feel about them on Tuesday when I start assembling.

When is selling signed prints that match the backing of the first quilt I ever made for myself, what choice did I have?!?? 🤩

I can't wait to frame and hang this lovely print this weekend!

I have to confess that I really struggled with this week's prompt of polygons. Some blocks turn out cute but I am less than impressed by others. Oh well, better luck next week!

And yes, my dog DID eat the buttons off of my iron. 🙄

Earlier this year, I made this patchwork hearts quilt for a coworker for their baby shower. To make it, I used leftover fabric from a quilt that I made last year for another baby shower plus a layer cake. (I accidentally cut some pieces too small, it was a whole thing.)

I like to sort my scraps by project and soon found that I could make two more baby quilt tops from these same scraps! What I really love about all three quilts is that each one has a completely different personality.

Ultimately, I think it pushes me creatively to see what I can make from scraps.

Last month, shared the Rugby pattern as the $5 pattern and I instantly knew that I would make it. It's such a quick and easy make and makes great use of scraps! 10/10 would definitely recommend. I can't wait to back and quilt this top!

I never got around to sharing my wall hanging! Well, here she is in all her glory. My pictures do not show the pink thread in the quilting but it's there. Now I just need to find a way to display it appropriately and not with thumb tacks. Thanks again to for the fabric! 😘

Over the summer, Donna () was granting wishes to her email subscribers. I was lucky enough to receive some solids that I wished for.
