Come see locals like Honeycomb Home Co., Norwex and Healthy Herb along with other businesses right here in your hometown. Thank you to the East Texas Independent Business Alliance for providing Shop Small totes for the first 50 shoppers ready to support local businesses. We will have maps, information and all the things you need to find that perfect holiday gift and service right here. Save the gas and support your friends and families!
You will also receive a ticket to take to 10 local businesses you support to be entered in a raffle where you can WIN all sorts of amazing prizes just for shopping where you live. Completed tickets can be returned to the Athens Chamber office, Cowboy Headquarters Boots and Apparel, Island Tans & Gift Boutique Athens/Palestine, Jana's Boutique, Kathy's Boutique, or Reigning Jewels Fine Jewelry no later than Thursday, December 1st. Winners will be announced at the Keep Athens Beautiful Light Up Athens event on Friday, December 2nd.

We want to take this time to thank the first responders that stepped into action today on our behalf, as well as each and every one of you whom have reached out with their love and support. We appreciate the prayers and the words of encouragement in this troubling season. For those of you that were unaware, Honeycomb Home suffered a fire early this morning and the majority of our inventory is a total loss. We will continue to stand on faith and praise God through this storm; we know that ALL things work for the GOOD of those that love the Lord. This is our testimony!!!! Don’t count us out y’all, God’s got a plan and we will be back!!! Love you all and see you soon!
