Women's Equality Day was established to commemorate the adoption of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the right to vote. VA thanks all women Veterans and service members for their service. We are honored to serve you.
Iconic Dodgers broadcaster Scully dies at age 94 Vin Scully, Hall of Fame broadcaster for the Dodgers in Brooklyn and Los Angeles, died Tuesday, the team announced.

Medal of Honor Recipient Robert Simanek Dies at 92 Simanek's death leaves only two surviving MoH recipients from the Korean War.
Every service member and gave some during their service. For those who gave all, we honor you today. The sacrifices you and your families have made will never go unrecognized.
Tim Chamber is known as The Saluting Marine "I did not go to war and I feel like I need to honor the eternal sacrifice of those that did and those who didn't come home," said Staff Sergeant Tim Chambers.
April 5 is Gold Star Spouse Day. Nearly all active military, and know what a Gold Star Spouse is. They are the wives and husbands of active duty men and women who have been killed in action.
To our Gold Star spouses, your sacrifices will never go unrecognized.
Memorial Day weekend, roll with us and remember we as a country are still a long way to fulfilling our promises to those who served.

2nd Annual AMVETS Post 21 Horse, Pony & Mule Fun Day, 02 April 2022
Hello everyone!!

Registration opens at 7:00 am. Riders must sign the liability wavier. It will be signed at registration. A valid Coggins test will need to be presented at the gate.
$5 per class or $40.00 for all classes in your age division (per rider & horse pair). $40 will get you into all classes in one division for 1 horse rider combination. Each class the rider enters gets the rider a ticket for the rider raffle. We have a great selection of rider raffle prizes this year again such as belt buckles, gift cards, horse tack, and stable supplies. These items have been donated by local business and farms. The horse show committee appreciates their support. Visit our page for photos of the items. We will have the concession stand open.
The first 7 classes will close at 8:50 am.
The opening ceremony begins at 9:00 am.
