Due to spectacular demand, we are so thrilled to announce that we will be open for lunch this Friday from 11-2 with the garden bar open all afternoon! We will continue these Friday lunch hours for each Friday during home game weekends.

P.S. we may have some yummy lunch specials!

Our fresh Sea Scallops are lightly pan seared and served over our creamy cheese grits & corn bisque garnished with a pork belly crouton and herb-tomato salad with a drizzle of parsley verde & sweet ancho chili…. A fan favorite!

We will be open for brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and will reopen for dinner service at 4:30 p.m. with the garden bar open straight through.

Today on special we have a delicious mint julep cocktail for May 4th! There is the Kentucky Derby version with the tin cup or the Star Wars version with mini light sabers! (While supplies last!). 🍹

Today marks 20 years of us being so fortunate to have Gary as a part of the Last Resort family. He is always there to greet everyone with his huge smile and welcoming heart.

Holiday Hours!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from The Last Resort to you!🥂🎄

Last resort will be closed this evening for our annual staff Christmas party. We we will resume our normal business hours Tuesday at 5 p.m. See you then! 🥂

This week's specialty cocktail: Sweater Weather

Equal parts Jura 10 year Scotch and Amaro Montenegro. A dash of lemon and a dash of bitters, stirred briskly. Garnished with a lemon twist and dehydrated apple slice.

The 2nd picture is our new draft beer from Normaltown Brewing Co. it's a New England/Hazy IPA with a 7.4% ABV.

This week we are featuring a special cocktail to honor UGA golfing great and the 2023 Open Champion, Brian Harman.

The “Hoylake Harman” cocktail is 2.5 ounces of Wonderbird gin, 6 dashes of orange bitters, topped with Topo Chico and garnished with a dehydrated lemon wheel. It is crisp, clean, and refreshing.

Happy Halloween!! We have a special spicy margarita featuring Ghost tequila!

Last night, we suffered some fire damage in the rear outdoor garden area but thankfully no one was hurt. We received the call around 3 am and the fire department was on the scene immediately. The cause is yet unknown.

We will be open at 5 pm tonight for dinner service. Thank you Athens community for reaching out and showing support.
