Yes, exercise can help with weight loss.

- a legitimate longevity extender
- a way to build routine + discipline
- a tool that makes you harder to break
If losing weight motivates you to exercise, that's okay. But when you frame it as a more than that, when you frame it as the revitalizing, transformative, life changing tool it is, you'll be more likely to stick with it - for life.

I’m thrilled to officially welcome Farrah Tucker - she’s been an invaluable asset to our gym!
She helps numerous women overcome anxiety & any fears that may prevent them from entering a gym. Farrah specializes in corrective form, ensuring proper planks, squats, and lunges.
She empowers women to stay mobile regardless of age, modifying exercises to suit individual needs. As she says, 'There’s always a way to modify any exercise to meet you right where you’re at in life.'

You're not going to feel like you can run through a wall with each workout.
You're not going to feel excited about every workout.
In fact, many times you're probably going to dread it.
But if you want to make it a normal, non-negotiable part of your life, the part of your life that will bring about the positive, long lasting changes you're looking for,
you’re going to have to get used to the fact that it's not always going to be something you feel like doing. 💪🏼

I’m calling it tonight so we aren’t doing the back & forth game tomorrow morning.

WEATHER ALERT: Due to the potential of flash flooding and gusty winds, Limestone County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay Friday, September 13.
Given the forecast, this will allow for a safer commute to school for our staff and students. Bus drivers will have greater visibility with the later start as well, allowing them to avoid any potential road hazards.
Please stay safe and stay weather aware throughout the night.
