Who are we?

Directed by Metra Peterson and founded by Metra Peterson and Nellie Werger in 2010, the ARTS/West SATB choir is a community vocal group dedicated to charitable giving through the vocal music arts.

Twice a year we choose a worthwhile charitable cause in the Athens area. We prepare a vocal concert customized to our chosen charity for over three months. We then present an evening concert open to the public to support our charitable causes and the arts in Athens, Ohio!

We are dedicated to helping our community through our music. We hope that you’ll follow along!
