Our Spring Seasonal Menu has been out for a couple weeks now, and we could not be more excited about the tasty ingredients and jubilant responses! This menu features Strawbanero Salsa, a spicy and sweet blended salsa that pairs well with almost anything! Also on the menu is Ramperton cheese, a blend of Laurel Valley Creamery Cloverton cheese with lots of locally harvested ramps. Rounding out the trifecta are roasted mushrooms; hearty and savory with just the right amount of seasoning. Pictured here is a Seasonal Enchilada- all of the above plus a filling of your choice. He’s hit the ground running and is super helpful, cooperative, and always learning. He’s also our newest Board member and has been killing it on our marketing team! Lots of music this week with Open Stage tonight, an early show with the Baker Ten Trio tomorrow (Thursday) at 7, a benefit show Saturday night supporting TransOhio with Snail Satan, Ready Aim Flowers, and Henric Boutelle, and a St. Patrick’s day matinee show with John Healey at 3pm!

We’ve got a great live music show tonight! Robert Rial, from Chicago, will bring his eclectic music to our stage! An OU Alumnus, Robert has been in many bands including Maladroid, 100 Book Club, The Garden Party and Bakelite 78. Also on the bill tonight, The Standing 8s feature members from a favorite Athens band, Supernobody. Rounding out the night is Rains on Me, A Tribute to Tom Waits, with some of Athens’ most recognizable musicians.

Dinner special! Mary’s making taquitos! Corn tortillas are stuffed with your choice of chicken, beef, or tofu, with ranchera salsa and Monterey jack cheese, and fried until crispy! Served with sour cream and salsa of your choice. Yum!

Tomorrow will be our last Monday morning Family Time for 2023! We’ve had such a blast with these kid centered events and can’t wait to go into 2024 with fresh ideas and activities. Please join us tomorrow morning for holiday arts and crafts and ornaments, with materials provided by Rural Action’s Community Makerspace. Our bakers have been working on some secret specialties, too! Happy holidays everyone!

Our new seasonal menu debuted last week, and we’ve been so happy with the positive responses from all of you! Pictured here is our delicious French Toast! House baked challah bread is dredged in our classic batter and grilled till soft and delicious. Served with Coffee Maple Smackdown Sauce or real maple syrup.

Holiday hours: we’ll be closed December 24-26, as well as January 1. As always, we are closed on Tuesdays.
