Today we celebrate 25 years of Business! We just want to thank everyone for their support over the many years. Who remembers visiting during those early years on South Milledge or stopping by one of our locations on Baxter Street and Old Epps bridge Road?  Kelly has truly enjoyed getting to know and becoming friends with all of you. Today will be at Creature Comforts from 12 to 2. First 25 people will receive a free plate and shirt. Will be back at the restaurant afterwards to celebrate. We look forward to seeing everyone.

Remembering Ron.... For those of you who don’t know the man this picture is Ron Geyton. Ron was a USAF Veteran who served his country for over 30 years and played a significant role during the Cold War while stationed in Turkey. After retirement Ron moved to Athens in the mid 80s and quickly made the Classic City his home. Ron was a fixture at Kelly’s Jerk and got to know many of the restaurant regulars. Ron passed away in February 2015 at the age of 77. Today one of his Air Force hats hangs over the counter top where he used to stand.

We will be closed tomorrow (Sunday) in order to cater a large Super Bowl party. We will be back open on Tuesday. Be safe and enjoy the game tomorrow!
