Have you ever had a client get a little antsy at their 2nd or 3rd visit of a multi-session transformation and ask you how much longer it’s going to take? One way to avoid that is by setting the PROPER EXPECTATIONS from the GET GO. The example I used for getting level 4 color to a highlighted icy blonde is just one out of many, of course. For each consultation, you’ll want to think about what steps you’ll take in each visit, and give a realistic estimate, plus buffer time bc you never know what kind of snags you might run into along the way (I.e.: surprise bands, resistant lifting, etc). I’d rather both my client & myself be over prepared than under & I’d rather under promise and over deliver.
