Poached pear in red wine, fresh berries, raspberry sorbet, red wine reduction

Course 3
Petit filet mignon w/ gorgonzola garlic butter, cauliflower puree, duchess sweet potato and roasted asparagus

Course 2
Roast duck breast charcuterie with duck liver pate, Wensley cheese w/apricot, fig, bleu cheese stuffed olive, cherry fruit spread. Pickled red onion

Had a wine dinner with 4 courses
1 pan seared sea scallop, jumbo shrimp and oysters with parsnip puree, parsnip/carrot lake with basil oil drizzle

I created this cookie out of my wife Beth's chocolate chip cookie. I call them southern treasure cookies.
I mix white chocolate chips and peanut butter chips with the regular chocolate chips. Add some almond extract, cinnamon and pecans to the recipe. Here's a brand new cookie for you to try.

Had to make one of my favorite treats from my childhood today.
Spinach pies. Where I grew up in Bristol RI, it seems every bakery, Portuguese, French or Italian (and we had them all) all made spinach pies!!!

Put on a Luau this evening, Wonderful time had by all!

Just took these beauties out of the oven! I made challah bread with a Hawaiian bread dough. Hawaiian Challah...can't wait to try it
