Added a heat shield jacket to help with maintaining a consistent temperature even when it's cold outside. This is now my favorite smoker, I have 5. It's easy to move around, it has just the right amount of cooking area for my needs, and it is a set it and forget it. Once you lock in your 250 it stays locked in for hours.

One thing I have learned in my BBQ journey, It's not the pit it's the Pitmaster! A genuine Pitmaster can put in work on anything!!!! I don't own a thousand-dollar pit, but I put out some damn good product if I do say so myself!!!!
