Hi Everyone,
It's been a long time since I updated you.
I moved out of my long time studio space at the end of 2019.
Jeff and I bought a fixer-upper house in Franklin, NC for a future retirement home and to get out of the Atlanta rat race on weekends.
I have finally settled on a studio space at the Franklin house. I tried 2 other rooms, and they are nice rooms, but this space has the right vibe. It doesn't have good air flow. It needs lots more lighting. But I feel a sense of peace in this room. It has a built-in bar, perfect for a studio. (Ha) Its appearance will change over time because this chandelier and wallpaper must go.
I am focusing on sewing and mixed media work. I will go back to clay but not anytime soon. It's all good. We are happy.
