Congratulations to my clients who are now first-time home OWNERS!

This journey was four years in the making!!! I first received a call from them in the summer of 2020 during the pandemic by referral from a past client. We've stayed in touch and they've even been regular guests at my events. But, between the pandemic, low inventory, rising prices, and rising interest rates, and timing the end of their lease, it seemed it might never be the right time to move forward.

This spring we reconnected on a Monday and my strong advice was "You just need to commit to buying a house. When you commit everything will fall into place."
Everything lined up quickly (basically like this)...

Monday... they "committed"
Tuesday... they were preapproved
Wednesday...they signed the buyer brokerage agreement
Thursday...we looked at the home in person
Friday...we submitted an offer
Saturday...we were under contract

This is a testament to when it is meant to be, it is truly meant to be!
This was the only house that met their exact requirements. Interestingly the buyers had seen it online and were curious before I suggested we see it. I had shown it to another client a couple of weeks before, so knew it would be a great fit for this family.

I'm so happy for this family and look forward to them thriving and growing in their new home and community.
