Thank you so much for your review! I am so glad you enjoyed the assignments and they weren't overwhelming! I know we all get so busy so I try to make them simple and fun! But still thorough enough so you can integrate what you learn :)

Nature is indeed our greatest healer and teacher. We spend so much time indoors that it can effect our physical system and mental as well. That is why when I started Artist Circle, I REALLY wanted to get us OUTSIDE!!

Because if I don't get intentional about being outdoors, I am mostly in my house and out of the sunshine and nature.

Being out in nature is also a KEY into stepping into our creative selves. Because mother nature knows all about creation and being submersed in that space will inspire you!

Every time I leave a nature area, I feel energized and alive!

So if you are feeling heavy, fatigued and just low in general. GO OUTSIDE! I know that is the last thing you want to do if you are having a hard time. Getting out of bed can be really hard once you are feeling stuck there. But it'll be one of the best medicines for you to get that fresh air, be around some trees and get your feet right on the ground!

I was so stunned when I saw what this artist had brought to share for Artist Circle today!

I had given the assignment to explore a monochromatic painting. I tend to stay away from red because I think it can be very intense.

She was nervous to show me this but I was so amazed by her colors!! we even talked about how they resembled the leaves on the tree. I was so proud of her and I felt like she nailed the assignment ! Aren’t these colors just gorgeous?!
