I got up to write an epistle but fell lead to do something else so I’m being obedient. Double closing with this beautiful soul! What a journey this has been from calling her as an expired listing fast forward 2 months later and we’ve sold one home and bought another!

This journey was nothing short of a miracle! Overcoming all the obstacles of selling, giving up her keys to a new family only to be told by the new construction preferred lender that her loan isn’t approved 8 days before she’s scheduled to close! This one took GRIT, tenacity and TRUE passion! I worked on this deal from START to finish! Start - was the moment he answered my call and said I can’t help him and he’s already talked to several other realtor and attorney. My response was “I’m sorry you’ve had such an exhausting experience but I’m the last realtor you WILL need to talk to today and I am definitely here to help!” He thought I was joking but he liked my confidence! He went to describe what the issue was and he wasn’t kidding it wasn’t going to be a walk in the park. This was a unicorn case and after he explained it all I understood why everyone before me tapped out! Listing and showing houses are the easy part of real estate but there are so many moving parts once that contract goes binding then the pressure is on to meet the deadline of the terms agreed upon and this transaction was that 10X. At the end of it all I stood true to my word! Not only did I get him to the closing table, he walked away with double what other agents told him he couldn’t get for his house! Not to mention the temporary occupancy I negotiated for him while he’s searching for his new home!
