Homemade Chicken lettuce wrap😋
Ingredients required:
🔹Grilled chicken
🔹lettuce
🔹Jalapeño and garlic stuffed olives
🔹Parmesan crisps
🔹Bacon crumbles
🔹Parmesan cheese
🔹lecttuce
🔹Cheese slices
Steps:
Grill the chicken and assemble the ingredients together by placing lettuce than grilled chicken, cheese slice, jalapenos, garlic stuffed olives or normal as you like, parmesan cheese, Bacon crumbles again a choice, again cheese slice if you prefer double cheese wrap and lastly lettuce and wrap it up

Pizza for breakfast is a classic; this pizza omelet is a healthy twist filled with healthy fats and protein to nourish your body.🍕
Ingredients required:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 5 slices of pepperoni
- salt and pepper
Steps:
1️⃣-Cook pepperoni in skillet; remove once crisp, leaving fat
2️⃣-Whisk 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper; pour into hot skillet, using fat

Some of you may be new to keto eating, there are a few basic things you should know. The following are some things that I’ve found to be true by my own experience with low carb or keto dieting:

1️⃣-Eat less than 20g net carbs per day if you want to get into ketosis. Net carbs are calculated by subtracting the fiber grams (or sugar alcohols in some cases) from the total carb grams.

2️⃣-Eat enough salt!! When you eat keto your body doesn’t retain water the same way, so sodium and other important electrolytes get flushed out quickly. You need to replenish these or you will feel awful

3️⃣-Drink Lots of Water!! Aim for at least 100 ounces a day – especially in the first couple of weeks until your body adjusts.

4️⃣-If this is your first time doing keto you may be blindsided by the detox symptoms. I’m not going to lie, depending on how carb-heavy your diet is when you start.
5️⃣-Headaches, bone-deep fatigue, irritability, dizziness, and more, depending on your body. Hang in there, it’s worth it! The first three days on the Keto Diet are the hardest. Some of you have done it before and know to just ride it out and it will all get better soon.

6️⃣-Do not obsessively plan everything and overwhelm yourself so it feels harder than it has to. Get into ketosis using this simple keto diet plan.

This simple Keto pancake recipe is delicious and ideal for breakfast! It'll quickly become one of your go-to low-carb breakfast recipes.
Ingredients required:
- 3 Eggs (large)
- 1/2 cup Cottage cheese (4 % fat)
- 1tsp Psyllium husk powder
-1 ½ t avocado oil
-3 drops of Stevia Liquid
-¾ cup Heavy Cream
Steps:
1-Combine the eggs, cottage cheese, and psyllium husk powder in a mixing bowl. Allow the powder to thicken for 5-10 minutes while the mixture sits to the side.

2-Only 1 1/2 t avocado oil should be melted and heated in the skillet. Using a 1 oz ladle or scoop, pour in the pancake batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side, or until the bottoms are nicely browned and the pancakes are firm enough to flip.

3-Using the remaining batter, add 12 teaspoon of oil to each batch. With the meantime, whisk cold heavy cream until foamy in a mixer. Whip in the stevia drops until the mixture creates a stiff peak.

4- 3 1-oz pieces make up one portion of pancakes. With a scoop of whipped cream and a quarter-cup of mixed berries, serve each set of three pancakes. With blueberries, sliced strawberries, and raspberries.
