I'm 7 year old Chef Brooklyn. I love to bake and want to have my own bakery when I grow up.

Chef helped make some edible sea glass for an ocean themed event tomorrow!
Chef went on vacation 🛳️ and learned how to make fondant roses (and had a cake design judged by none other than Donald Duck). She came home inspired and ready to make a Saint Patrick’s Day cake. It was nice to have her back in the kitchen!
Head to toe in flour! Chef is on her first day of winter break and it was a morning full of baking! The kitchen has missed you Chef!

Chef had a blast doing a mini pie class with — she learned how to make individual apple and pumpkin pies. We’ll get to taste the results on Thursday at Thanksgiving!

Chef was feeling festive and with no school for parent teacher conferences she decided to cook up some pumpkin bread! Who remembers when this was on the menu last Fall? 🎃🎃🎃

10 cups of buttercream frosting ✅ Chef was luckily able to fix the first two batches which came out a bit grainy due to some too cold butter.
Chef mixed up a custom sprinkle blend to decorate her customer’s Transformer cake for this weekend! Tomorrow’s agenda: school, ballet, make 8 cups of buttercream.
