*From the beautiful gardens in bloom to the historic architecture bathed in sunshine, it is believed that there is nowhere like Paris in springtime. Following a fire that devastated Notre Dame Cathedral in 2019, donations to restore the cathedral flooded in from all over the world. Once COVID-19 recedes, repairs are expected to continue to restore one of Paris’ most famous landmarks.

A popular dish among Thai people and Thai food lovers alike, red curry will warm you up from the inside out. The dish owes its heat to the curry paste at its base that combines dried red Thai chilis with a bunch of delicious spices. Balanced by coconut milk, kaffir leaves, and Thai basil, red curry is a combination of many signature Thai ingredients that will keep you coming back for more. Don’t forget the rice!

Every spring, tourists flock to the Netherlands to admire the country’s signature Dutch tulips as they come into bloom. Did you know that in the seventeenth century, tulips were so coveted in the Dutch Republic that prices skyrocketed and led to an economic phenomenon called tulip mania?
