A light splash of soda and citrus bring it all together for a crisp, aromatic finish—a sophisticated yet easygoing choice for those who appreciate the depth of bourbon but want something lighter and more refreshing than the classic. 1. Add bourbon and elderflower liqueur to a rocks glass
2. Muddle one of the orange slices
3. Add ice, stir, and top with a splash of soda

Created by the culinary maestro and sandwich savant Mason Hereford (), this towering sandwich features chicken-fried steak, pineapple-habanero white barbecue sauce, ‘shrettuce,’ onions, pickles, and fresh dill on butter-toasted white bread. Limited availability from now until September 16.
The Cocktail Club: Pineapple Mule
🍍 + 🍋 + 🫚 + 🍹
A tropical twist on a classic mule, this cocktail offers a refreshing balance of pineapple sweetness, zesty lime, and spicy ginger. A refreshing treat for the dog days of summer and perfect for those who love a vibrant, fruity kick.
Cocktail Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients and build in a mule tin.
2. Top with crushed ice.
3. Give it a slight swizzle.
4. Garnish with a thin lime wheel.
For The Pineapple Syrup:
1. Cut up 1 whole pineapple, core and all.
2. Gently cook pineapple on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
3. Add 900 grams of raw cane sugar and 450 grams of water.
4. Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
5. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Strain and let cool.
7. Store in the refrigerator.

A refreshing cocktail for those who appreciate a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. Ideal for summer gatherings and adventurous palates alike.
Cocktail Instructions:
1. Combine and hard shake all ingredients.
2. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
3. Garnish with a thin lime wheel.
For The Melon Syrup:
1. Peel and slice 1 honeydew melon.
2. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
3. Dissolve 6 cups of sugar completely in the water.
4. Reduce heat and add the melon slices, allowing them to simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Blend with an immersion blender and fine strain.
6. Add 0.65 tablespoons each of salt and chili powder.
