For the first time since his accident Chris seems to be aware of his surroundings and responding to cues from the doctors and nurses! Today Chris had the blood filter put in, to prevent clotting, and that procedure went very well. The doctors ordered an MRI today and the results confirmed what the CT scan showed. The most severe damage is localized to the brain stem. The doctors feel that Chris is stable right now, but his condition is still very serious, and currently the doctors aren’t sure how or if he will continue to progress from here. Please continue to keep Chris and his family in your thoughts and prayers, and banners/cards are still available to be signed at the gym and taken to Chris at the hospital.

Again we ask that everyone say a prayer for Chris tonight at 8pm EST to be a part of the world wide prayer for Chris.
