Inspecting the plumbing fixtures upon delivery is one of the tasks I take on as a designer, want to be sure everything is in great condition and easily marked of which fixture goes where. Had to snap a picture of this faucet, nothing was wrong with it, it’s just such a pretty faucet and I can’t wait to see it installed.

Whenever you’re tile shopping remember to also think about your edge pieces and grout color. I know it’s a lot, I myself have forgotten the grout color a few times. But trust me it’s better to take the extra time in the showroom rather than feel you have to make a rushed decision with the tile installer in your home.

This project required a schluter drain, we did a schluter system with heated flooring for inside the shower. Did you realize that was possible?

It was a struggle searching for lighting for this project. We went through ordering and returning multiple options, trying to have the golds coordinate just right. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

This kitchen sink features an air switch, water filter, faucet, and soap dispenser. I think it’s more than prepared for turkey day, is your sink ready?
