Learning Disabilities Association of Georgia (LDAG)

The Learning Disabilities Association of Georgia is a state affiliate of the Learning Disabilities Association of America.

Learning Disabilities Association of Georgia provides resources and support for the learning disability community. Specific learning disabilities include reading, writing, math and expressive disorders. Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Auditory Processing and Language Processing are specific diagnosis. These can also be accompanied by related disorders such as Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), Executive Functioning and Memory Disorders.

Identification of learning disabilities requires clinical analysis of the data collected which includes synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information by a qualified professional trained in human development, learning theory, assessment, developmental disabilities, neuropsychology, etc."
