You can see Wilburn’s signature brick ranch houses on Rugby Street…. In a nod to the first female registered architect in the state Georgia, Leila Ross Wilburn we are using Cape Cod and Key West bricks by at .stevens

Real Estate Development is a team sport and I am very fortunate to have outstanding partners over the last 10 years of my career…. One of those partners is of Park Royal Capital a Columbia Law School trained former Corporate Attorney for a very large pharmaceutical company… who is now a full time real estate investor, syndicator and General Partner. Clyde has also taken on the mantle of mentor and educator for the next generation of real estate investors… I had the awesome opportunity to talk about our newest development The Proctor with a large group of his investors at our site on the Westside Beltline Connector today.
