We’re beyond excited to be opening up our new event space just in time to Mingle and Jingle for a Cause! Come get a glimpse of The 1904 at Piedmont Park! ✨

The Morningside Lenox Park Association wants you to, “come out and meet your neighbors and have a great time!

Save the date for the Morningside Mingle on Friday, November 15 from 7:30 - 10:30pm - an evening filled with music, food, and community spirit! Tickets go on sale on September 4th.

Get ready to dance the night away with an incredible DJ, indulge in delectable food, and share laughter with friendly neighbors.

Be one of the first to experience the stunning new event space in our neighborhood, The 1904 On Piedmont Park, located at 559 Dutch Valley Road (previously One Midtown Kitchen).

Catering will be provided by Ibiza Event Catering, known for their delicious and diverse culinary offerings.

DJ Brian Sires with AMP'D Entertainment will be spinning the tunes, ensuring a lively and unforgettable evening.

Tickets are priced at $75 for MLPA Members and $100 for non-members. Join now to receive the member discount code when tickets go on sale! We will be limited to 300 people, so make sure to secure your spot early.

All net proceeds to benefit the Atlanta Police Zone 6 Holiday Toy Drive. We will also be collecting new, unwrapped toys at the event.

PRICE: $75,000

DESCRIPTION: The devil is definitely in the details with this trailer.

We have two other units and no longer have use for this one.

This trailer was built for a major fast food brand and no expense was spared.

We spoke with the manufacturer and confirmed it cost $390K to build and outfit the trailer.

There’s over $130K in equipment by itself, including a $30,000 generator and a $25,000 deep fryer.

The level of fabrication is unlike anything we’ve seen in any of the three food trucks we have owned.

The propane meter and water level is digitally monitored. The kitchen hood is also digital and has an integrated gas safety switch. The gas will not turn on any equipment unless the hood is on. There is a solar panel on the roof that trickle charges the batteries when the trailer is not being used. Awning is electric on a remote. It comes with an integrated PA system with satellite speakers, a receiver, microphone, and much more.

The trailer is full height like a tractor trailer. It has two air-conditioning units with a digital thermostat on the wall as well.

We also have the binders and manuals when this was built and how everything operates.

The trailer shows well and is very clean and was lightly used - maybe only used for 12 months.

36’ goose neck hook up but can be swapped out to 5th wheel very easily.

📍So where exactly can you find The 1904?

Our new events space will be located on Dutch Valley Road, the edge of Piedmont Park, boasting Beltline views and walkability.
And where does the name The 1904 come from? It’s when Piedmont Park was sold to the City of Atlanta.
“In 1887 and again in 1894, the owners of Piedmont Park considered selling it to the City of Atlanta. This purchase was a tough sell for a number of reasons – the park was considered too far away from the city; although the price for the land was fair. Atlanta already owned Grant Park and didn’t see the need for another park. The third attempt to sell the park was successful. On June 15, 1904, the City of Atlanta purchased Piedmont Park and extended its city limits north to encompass the park acreage, as well as several developing neighborhoods between West Peachtree Street and North Highland Avenue.” (via Piedmont park.org)
