My childhood vacations and those of my children are immersed around the south Georgia islands. For many years Sapelo provided inspiration for my jewelry designs as I picked up worn seashells along its beaches.

Best friends since 14 at . Visiting Mary and her precious granddaughter Naomi and parents at their home was a blessing at every level of my being.

Precious are the results of an irritant introduced into the mollusk's living body inside the clamshell. Laurel, author of "365 Things To Do in Ithaca NY", chose this Pearl to signify the result of an irritating yet productive retreat. The sterling silver "Hairy Oak Acorn top" was selected because of its life-giving qualities and paired with this large precious . Meaningful and enchanted.

Robin had gems and she had gold and the mission was to recreate a flavor of an orbit bracelet I had made for her ten years ago which was stolen from her. I added and to her recycled gemstones in a mixture of 14k yellow and sterling. She LOVES it!

This ring (minus the green ) was custom made for Dede about 8 years ago, which means there was an empty space in the middle (all that which cannot be seen). As a photographer Dede trains her eye to record details, but she needed a new focus.
We added the lively green Peridot for revitalization to meet life challenges.
