Mrs. Winner's Chicken and Biscuits-East Point

The cashier will greet customers upon arrival, take their food order, and collect payment due. The crew member (packer), will pack the customer's order and bag it to have it ready for the customer.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provides prompt and courteous service and is cordial to all team members and guests.
Prepares and presents quality products at all times and maintains a neat and clean work area in accordance with Mrs. Winner’s standards.
Demonstrates safe cash handling procedures in accordance with policy and accurately completes cash, credit card, transactions.
Suggestively sells and achieves guest check average targets
Maintains adequately stock workstations restocking stations as needed.
Completes side work and deep cleaning assignments correctly and in a timely manner.
Possesses strong product and menu knowledge monitors waste and other food cost controls.
Addresses complaints and concerns promptly in a courteous manner and notifies the manager on duty of any issues.
Assists other team members as needed.
Ability to learn in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work scheduled shift times range from 5am-11pm Monday- Thursday; 5am-12am Friday-Saturday; 5am-11pm Sunday

* Effectively leads the restaurant during a shift to ensure that excellent restaurant operations are consistently achieved * Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring team members are prepared for each day * Responsible for the training and development of team members * Contributes to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments * Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines* Balance Registers, Cashier Reports, and assist with Scheduling * Assist the General Manager with Inventory Control * Follow Mrs. Winner’s ® operational policy and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all teams members and guests during each shift * Assist with labor management costs * Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Mrs. Winner’s ® * Must proficient in each area of the restaurant in order to help where ever needed * Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas* Work as a team to prepare restaurant for each shift * Ability to manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities * Maintains a positive work environment for team members and guests during each shift * Greet guest to make them feel welcome and comfortable * Prepare food including chicken, sides, biscuits, and special orders * Ensure that team members prepare food items according to Mrs. Winner’s ® standards of quality, consistency and timeliness * Check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to maintain company and HACCP rules and regulations * Follow sanitation and safety procedures including kitchen equipment * Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS * Excellent guest service skills required and have the ability to communicate efficiently and to help keep all team members informed * Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities and work in a fast paced environment * Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic * Ability to work nights, weekend and holidays Job Type: Full-time

Prepare recipes and ensure proper food production. Specific responsibilities include pulling chicken from the coolers, breading chicken, and dropping and removing chicken from fryers. Maintain clean and sanitary work environments. Additionally, cooks must follow all health and safety guidelines set forth by the company.
